    You can reschedule our appointment up to 48 hours before the session. You can reschedule your session up to 2 times.

    Late Shows:

    We understand, life happens! The time starts at the agreed & booked time and date. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will cancel the appointment and contact you about rescheduling the session.
